IT Project Manager - Startup & Scalability Capabilities

Job Title: IT Project Manager- Startup & Scaling Capabilities
Location:  100% Remote
Compensation:  $61.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $141,000.00

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Past experience in Jira and Confluence administration. 
• Familiarity working in a startup/scaling environment.
• Strong technical acumen. 

• Lead the coordination with our IT department, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and provide a good user experience for our internal customers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and track project progress using appropriate project management tools.
• Act as a Liaison between the corporate governance and compliance teams and our tech teams for audit findings and other related issues.
• Collaborate with our operations team to manage third party application compliance and risk issues
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular status reports and meetings.
• Manage project documentation, requirements documents, and change requests.
• Assist in administering our Jira and Confluence instances for the broader organization.
