Compensation:  $44.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $ 101,500.00

Learning Manager—Learning, Enablement & Instructional Design Job Description
The Learning Manager--Learning Enablement & Instructional Design executes the learning strategy to provide curricula, media, and learning program design and development expertise to the IT organization. Ensures the use of varied, appropriate methodologies effectively and efficiently developing engaging, robust learning programs in support of elevating the performance of the workforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

 
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment with market trends is balanced with
    business objectives and priorities when driving the Learning Strategy. Summarize and succinctly communicate to leadership and colleagues the status of training deliverables.
  • Effectively identify and lead high performing teams in support of the strategy and vision. Able to translate strategy into operations and manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Build best in class Instructional Design and Media content to execute upon the training strategy that drives excellence in the IT organization. Establish and maintain a culture aligned to our pillars and Talent Philosophy.
  • Work across divisions with training teams to establish best in class instructional design practices and content.
  • Collaborate closely with us and industry curricula leaders to ensure alignment, determine
    future focus and share best practices.
  • Analyze and evaluate learning needs in support of business processes including onboarding, skills gaps and reflecting regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
  • Identifies learner goals and desired outcomes. Builds a content and media strategy to guide
    educational content creation. Creates “blueprints” for others to follow.
  • Partners with SME to create educational content such as interactive courses, media and
    certifications. Maintains a deep understanding of how instructional design ties to the overall learning strategy, learner engagement, and program goals.
  • Accountable to estimate and coordinate instructional design and media resources needed to meet the learning strategy expectations. Effectively balance stakeholder input with curricula expertise.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and coaching on instructional media, adult learning principles, eLearning design and development, and adult learning methodology. Develop and implement communication plans in support of learning programs.
  • May lead or participate in global, cross-functional initiatives/teams in support of business
    priorities. Represent Process and Performance Learning during regulatory inspections, audits and process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain instructional design and media branding and templates that result in a consistent standard of learning material deliverables. Establish and maintain a change control process to manage learning requests, approvals, and training material updates.
  • Manage processes and tools to establish and maintain training plans, learning imperatives and training delivery via the learning management system.
Learning Manager—Learning, Enablement & Instructional Design REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent) is required, in instructional design, training & development or related field.
  • Must have 7+ years of adult learning related experience; 5+ years of experience preferably with learning solutions design.
  • Training delivery experience with web-based training, eLearning, train-the-t, blended learning, simulations, microlearning, action learning, mobile learning, and webinars.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning tools for skills building
    pathways, and career streams.
  • Demonstration of successful curriculum design, leadership development, agile instructional design, design thinking, innovation, project management, and adult learning competencies strongly preferred.
  • Possesses communication skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
    • Proven track record of getting stuff done and driving adoption
    • Ability to perform amid ambiguity
    • Self-directed with ability to make correct decisions in their day-to-day activities
